USE showroom opening / London weekend, Sept 29- Oct 7, 2006
kicked things off last week at the USE showroom opening. looked a little
smtn like this... good to see you eszter, andras, attila, dorka! you go
girls!
models.
the USE kids give their thank yous to the crowd.
over this past weekend i was in london-town, just for a break from the
routine and to see szilvi. however i was staying in michael's pad at the
sheraton park tower on knightsbridge. it was super swank. all curvy groovy
60s style.
on friday night the plane was delayed over 2 hours so i didn't get into
the hotel until almost 1am. which meant the expense to have an evening
out wouldn't be worth it. as such, i was up bright and early on saturday!
(like, really bright and early) so i went for a loooooooong walk. as in,
from hyde park corner to motherfucking camden, and back. uh-huh, damn.
someone tell me more about this make of car. it was looking swank in a
suburban brit kind of way.
fastforward to saturday night, picked up szilvi and a small crowd, got
dinner.. feeling a bit sleepy however...
can you find us?
not to worry though, a bus ride over to curtain road for the anti-social
party and we were good to go!
YOU DID NOT JUST SAY WE WERE GOOD TO GO?!
alas, we were good to go.
haha
some anti social crowd action, and then me and szilvi giving the 'who
the hell is this guy' eye to dude who was up hitting on her for like the
5th time in 20 minutes. i love how he was oblivious to both the fact that
we were giving him the wonky eye, AND we were filming ourselves giving
him the wonky eye...
don't they SO look like one of those siamese twin cases where they are
joined at the face?
oh shit! they split!
finally, lights up! they drop some aesop base and i'm digging the blinged
out shorty short girls.
afterward we took a walk with nice dude to an afters. i was assuming it
would be called meat. but actually it was called meEt. how novel. here
is nice dude and szilvi-san.
and here is the banksy tag that was across the street.
coming home around 5am, moments before realizing... my key card was deactivated!
and not being registered as the hotel occupant, i was in a bit of a bind.
so i went for a walk. i was feeling kind of homeless at this moment.
homeless, just like those homeless people.
one can start to feel upset when you are homeless at 5am and cold, tired,
hungry. so i started flipping off the hyde park corner underpass wall
art.
okay i didn't i didnt' flip this one off. i was actually trying to figure
out if they snuck a guy's boner into the painting? i mean, it sorta looks
like.
i popped above ground in color just to snag the full moon through the
trees.
okay, enough flipping off. eventually i did make my way back into the
hotel room. michael was not too pleased about the early morning wake up
though. sorry 'bout that M.
anyhow big ups to all thru the weekend! love ya and see ya soon!
