So i gave an interview in downtown budapest today about the devaluation of the Forint or some economic nonsense like that. It was supposed to be shown on the 6.30 p.m. news. I waited diligently in front of the tv screen with my 'ghetto vcr' aka digicam movie setting, to capture the entire event, only to fail to see it shown. Apparently my commentary on the cheap prices of cucumbers these days wasn't exactly inspiring enough to include in the newscast.

Feeling downtrodden about this rebuff, i felt i had to film something with the ghetto vcr. So, i give you, my hamster, bill. Yes, i am a grown man who owns a hamster. Even worse, i am a grown man who films my hamster.* Billness here

For something a little less cute and furry, check out the Burg tv podcasts things, which are making me chuckle more than initially thought they would.

And, take some music. If I go for more than five minutes without listening to the latest Muse single, seriously i start going into convulsions. Also, remember that album in which New Order and the Pet Shop Boys teamed up: Electronic? Well, yeah, so incredibly lightweight, and yet so pretty. Go. Get. Here.

What ZZ did to that Italian wanker was so incredibly above and beyond the chart of awesomeness that it is taking everything in my power to resist wandering around the streets of budapest headbutting people in the chest. But seriously, the little boy brandon is begging adult brandon to let me.

Little boy brandon would also be quite proud that adult brandon is listening to, what's that? A beatles song? Well, actually a noisy-distorty cover of 'i've just seen a face' by ludella black. It's yumz. Go get it here if you want it. This time, since i'm such a lofi scando-indie whore, it's packaged with strip squad, who are like a swedish belle and sebastian for perverts.

First off: complete with waterfalls, horses, WC scribbles, and even a little censorship, the Iceland update is up.

Also, you know those moments when your folder of 3,000 songs seems to be about 3 too small? Right, so i was having one of those and made a point to dig deep for awhile to find some hidden gem i had forgotten about. My selection was Lisa Germano - Geek the Girl ... a song which at its start has me in solemn reflection, but by its end has me wanting to do something real dirty. Just for giggles, i rapidshared it if you want it. Together with a cat stevens song. Why cat stevens? I don't know, maybe i was just in a harold and maude mood. Enough said.
